NOD History

Since its inception in 1992, NOD has grown from its origins with Kirby 25s. By 1993, the regatta already featured multiple one-design fleets competing. This tradition has flourished over the years, with recent editions accommodating 50 to 90 dinghies and keelboats across six to nine fleets on multiple simultaneous racecourses. The peak attendance recorded was 115 boats in 2005, with a maximum of 12 fleets in 2015 and 2017.
