Bookkeeper – Alice Hinton for over 15 years

Alice has served CPS-ECP as its bookkeeper for over 15 years. Her position involves duties in many areas of the organization’s finances. Not only does she ensure that the financial records are up to date and prepares all required financial statements, she administers the member, squadron and district accounts, the payroll and the employee benefits program and is a key participant in the budgeting process. Ms. Hinton also provides ongoing administrative support to the CPS Foundation.

At this time of year, Squadrons and Districts are reminded that annual financial statements are to be delivered to Alice by June 30, 2017.
