EagleCraft Unveils Canada’s First Aluminum Boat with Quad 450s

EagleCraft Boats, a custom boat builder in Campbell River BC has launched its 42′ Cruiser as the first aluminum boat equipped with Quad Yamaha 450 horsepower outboards.

The cruiser’s quad Yamaha 450HP outboards underscores EagleCraft’s dedication to providing the latest and most powerful marine technology.

Internally, the 42′ Cruiser features a two-berth layout with a convertible settee, a separate head and shower, and a fully equipped galley. The interior is designed for comfort, including amenities such as air conditioning, a 12 KW generator, and a large house battery system for uninterrupted power during extended voyages.

Navigation is facilitated by Garmin electronics – including forward looking transducer and six 8616 units.

The inclusion of a Seakeeper ensures stability in varying sea conditions, while the FLIR camera adds an extra layer of safety and awareness.

EagleCraft’s commitment to both luxury and functionality is in every detail. From three in-deck insulated fish boxes to the diesel furnace heat and saltwater ice maker, this boat caters to those with a refined appreciation for comfort at sea. With a fuel capacity of 600 gallons, it ensures an extended ride.

Bayfield Marine Turns 40 with Big April Events

Ron and Pat Reder started out in October 1984 across the road from where they are right now on the Bayfield River in Bayfield ON. The store front was about 10 x 20 and the rest of that side of the building was a stock room, wood finishing room, then behind that was more back stock and the lunchroom. Expanding every few years for the store front, then moving over to this new building five years ago, this year with Adam, Shelley, and Holly are carrying on the business.
