Tenders: Luxury RIB for Bigger Yachts

Argos Nautics RIB Tender

Nov 24, 2022

Many consider a tender a utilitarian means to an end—mere transportation. Argos Nautic’s RIB tender, such as its semi-custom GT14, is statement about the yacht. With room for seven adults, the 13′ 10″ outboard-powered vessel reflects the same levels of refined quality and luxurious comfort as its mothership.

Yacht stylist Patrizio Facheris designed the GT14 with graceful lines that convey both a sense of tradition and modernity. With a 6′ 10″ beam, the Argos Nautic can be configured to accommodate five or seven passengers without compromising ergonomics or aesthetics.

Ideal as a tender for yachts ranging from 70′, the GT14 is only 925 lbs. fully rigged, making it suitable for storage on davits, swim platforms or on deck with a crane. With a stowed height of only 57″ and a LOA of 15′ with the engine mounted, it easily fits in most stern garages of vessels over 75′.

A broad palette of colors, patterns and textures are chosen by the owner to build a boat of unmatched singularity, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind showpiece or a mirrored image of its mothership.

While renowned for its striking designs and quality construction, Argos Nautic has a passion for performance. With its standard 60 hp or optional 70 hp outboard, the GT14 will top 30 mph and 36 mph, respectively.

The Argos Nautic GT14 is NMMA Certified to ABYC standards. From bow to stern, only the finest components are chosen to complement the tender. Plus, a wide range of optional equipment can configure the vessel to meet the exacting needs of its owner. Well appointed, the Argos Nautic GT14 starts at US$30,540.
