New Fountaine Pajot 51 and Dufour 470 and 61

Fountaine Pajot 51

Feb 25, 2021

The Fountaine Pajot/Dufour Group had their second press conference on February 2, 2021 and as the groundhog predicted, they are set for an early spring with some more new boats. Private owner purchasing has taken the lead over charter companies, with most customers ordering boats without even seeing them!

The big news is the 13 million that they plan to invest in all areas of development. The Group wants to become the sustainability vision leader of the boating industry, by bringing together an innovation platform of independent solution companies to build a common vision.

They believe that by 2030 they will be able to produce boats with NO carbon impact using SBT protocol and compensation. There will be more organic and recycled materials as well as solar charging solutions which will be implemented by 2024.
