Marine industry leader, Bolton Marine Group (BMG), was recently selected by Boating BC’s ‘Spotlight on Success’ program at their 2019 conference. This year’s theme, Be the Choice, focused on marine industry careers. Passionate boater and CEO Byron Bolton provided fresh insight into the Bolton Marine Group and the tools that help the team perform their best.

Family owned Bolton Marine Group consists of four boat building companies with 400 employees: Armstrong Marine USA, Port Angeles WA; EagleCraft, Campbell River, BC; KingFisher Boats, Vernon, BC and Renaissance Marine Group in Clarkston, WA. The group’s mandate is to be the employer of choice with a focus on community enrichment.
