This issue we’re all about the latest marine tech. The December issue includes our annual rundown of the latest Marine Electronics Innovations and New Products by Craig Ritchie. The Chris-Craft Launch 38

Chris Craft RunnerAs for boat reviews? Not to worry, we feature two powerboat reviews for you; the dynamic, affordable and highly versatile new Antares 27 by Beneteau. This line of family cruisers is new to North America and with twin Mercury 200 outboards, (the brand-new V6 designs that are part of the biggest new product introduction in Mercury’s history) we were among the first to drive and review an Antares. We also have a review on the absolutely elegant Chris-Craft Launch 38, with twin MerCruiser 8.2 L engines and the Heritage Edition trim with beautiful teak and stunning deep sapphire blue hull.

Motors, and more! We take you inside to have a special look at Yamaha’s latest engine introductions including the mighty new 425 Offshore V8 outboard.

Our travel writers will be taking you out of your winter woes and into these two beautiful destinations; Katherine Stone takes us to scenic Mackinaw for a visit while Catherine Dook shares some Cowichan Bay folklore and photography.

All this and much more in the December issue of Canadian Yachting magazine!
