Safe Boating Guide

The 2014 Canadian Safe Boating Guide is published by Transport Canada as a resource to make sure that you know the regulations that apply to boating and that you learn more about safe and responsible boating practices. Boating is fun, but about 100 people die and many more get seriously injured every year in boating incidents. Most boating deaths and injuries can be avoided.

Contents of the downloadable pdf guide include: – Knowing the Regulations – What to know about buying a boat in Canada or from another country – licensing and registration – Selling your boat and all sorts of useful details regarding everything you may need/ want to know about boating safely in Canada.
