Interesting Product: New Bucket Lid

June 26, 2025

The humble plastic bucket may be the world’s most popular storage solution. But, if it’s accidentally knocked over its contents could fall out and get dirty or become lost. The solution is the new and improved Shurhold Bucket Lid. The handy accessory works with most 3.5- and 5-gallon pails and allows contents to remain safely secured, whether boat cleaning supplies or ice and a six-pack.

Made from durable black or white plastic with a molded-in non-slip pattern, the edges of the Bucket Lid are slightly rounded for comfort. It utilizes a press-fit design that seals the lid to the pail to protect its contents while a convenient locking tab provides fast and easy removal.

The Bucket Lid will work with most pails but pairing it with Shurhold’s World Best Rope Handle Bucket brings it to a new level. Stronger and more durable than average buckets, a braided nylon 3/4″ rope handle makes it completely scratchproof and provides an easy way to lift and carry.

The Shurhold Bucket Lid costs CDN $30. The 5-gallon World’s Best Rope Handle Bucket is around $50.

One could be forgiven for assuming this valley was purpose-built for nautical fun, with a few delightful perks thrown in to make the area entirely irresistible (wine-tasting, anyone?).
