Yamaha Moteur du Canada annonce ses concessionnaires Élite pour 2026

Yamaha Moteur du Canada a récemment présenté son nouveau groupe de concessionnaires Yamaha Élite. Cette année, 42 concessionnaires de partout au pays ont obtenu le statut Élite, dont 16 pour la cinquième année consécutive*.

Pour obtenir ce statut, les concessionnaires Yamaha font l’objet d’une évaluation complète de leur performance pendant un an, portant sur tous les aspects de leur entreprise, y compris les commentaires des clients, leur présence en ligne, leur salle d’exposition, leur personnel et bien plus encore. Ainsi, les concessionnaires Yamaha Élite offrent une expérience client exceptionnelle, en ligne comme en personne, de la recherche initiale jusqu’à la prise en main de leur nouvelle Yamaha.

Pour obtenir le statut Élite, les concessionnaires Yamaha doivent déposer une candidature et se soumettre à un processus d’évaluation rigoureux afin de garantir qu’ils dépassent la moyenne nationale dans divers domaines, notamment :

Excellent service client
Techniciens compétents
Satisfaction client
