Members can send their questions on these topics in advance of the meeting to Marie Dosso, at nao@cps-ecp.org, by Friday, September 11, 2026.
The Town Hall will focus on the two agenda items. Our AGM is on Saturday, November 7, 2026, and these items will be two of the resolutions to be voted on by the members. Therefore, it is very important that we cover them exclusively. *
The bylaws and articles of continuance will be posted on our website by the time of the Town Hall under:

- Members Resources by the time of the Town Hall.

2. Process
- The Q & A will begin after the presentations on the agenda.
- Ruzrylan Nazarene Florida (RN) Florida, from National Office, will facilitate the technical details of the Q & A and explain the process
- Questions must relate to the two agenda items mentioned above.
- To avoid multiple people speaking at once, microphones will be muted, and questions should be asked by raising your hand. The hand is visible at the top of the site during the meeting.
- RN will call each person in order, and the applicable presenter will answer.
- The meeting is scheduled for 90 minutes.
