Today, we are sending you the Notice of AGM 2025 (November 29) along with the 2025 bylaws that will be subject to a resolution. We are also providing a description of the changes.

In order to provide more context on the Motions, a Town Hall will be held on Saturday, November 22, at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific), 4:00 p.m. (Eastern), and 5:00 p.m. (Atlantic), ahead of the AGM to answer any questions related to the Motions. The financial statement and auditor’s report are available on the website. We will only address questions related to the resolutions listed on the notice of AGM.
