Education Discounts for CPS-ECP Members

Members are eligible for 10%-25% discounts on select courses and replacement ROCM and PCOC cards.

Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (CPS-ECP) offer a range of courses and seminars that cover everything from basic boat safety, handling and navigation up to advanced navigation, offshore cruising, weather, electronic navigation, maintenance, and much more.

Courses are usually offered during the fall and winter months so boaters can enjoy year-long boating experiences, learn new skills, and make many new friends that have the same passion for boating. Courses are available online or in person and hosted by volunteer instructors who are passionate boaters with a wealth of knowledge and stories that inspire.
