A Swiftsure Moment

Jun 15, 2022

Our feature photo this week comes from Jill Fitz who captured this Swiftsure moment last month.

“I have photographed Swiftsure, from the shore and on the water, for a number of years and is always an exciting event to cover. This year I shot the race sitting on top of my Jeep at Clover Point. It provided an amazing vantage point to see starts and the entire fleet as they headed out. It is one of my favourite events to photograph and so glad to see it running again. Once upon a time I even raced in it myself!” – Jill
