Peacefully at Lanark Lodge, Perth on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Doug Horsfall of Portland, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Joan (Flucker) Horsfall.

Doug was the second-generation owner of Len’s Cove Marina in Portland. Doug also served as President of the Ontario Marina Operators Association (present day Boating Ontario) in 1983 & 1984 and was the recipient of the WJ Robertson Award in 1994.

Dear father of Tim (Theresa) of Portland, Dwayne (Mindy) of Kingston, Sean (Val) of Portland, and Colin (Chris) of Brockville. Predeceased by daughter Wendy and by brother Steve.

Fondly remembered by grandchildren Nathan, Lera, Shane, Alexandrina, Hannah, Matthew, and Zachary.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held in the Summer.
