CPS-ECP National Conference in Quebec City – Early Bird Reg Deadline

Chateau Laurier

This is an important reminder that the Early Bird deadline to register for the CPS-ECP National Conference in Quebec City this October is August 15, 2014. This conference is open to CPS-ECP members. Please take advantage of this reminder to avoid a $20 registration increase and note that we are limited to a maximum of 300 tickets for dinner Friday night, no exceptions.

Please be sure to remember to submit your Competitions entries as soon as possible. And don’t forget to make hotel arrangements with the Chateau Laurier for your Conference accommodations.

While at the conference, please feel free to visit our sponsors’ exhibits near the Registration desk in the ballroom foyer, plan to attend the meetings with seminars Friday afternoon, and come dressed in your very own rendition of “New France” to Friday night’s celebration dinner. Check out the link on the Quebec Conference website for costume rental ideas.

Enjoy a half day tour of the Quebec City countryside to the Montmorency Falls Thursday or a short sight-seeing tour of the city on Friday.

Celebrate with Chief Commander Joe Gatfield at the Chief Commander’s Gala Saturday night followed by hospitality, Niagara District style.
