News: Early Discount on Seasonal Lockage and Mooring Package

Early Bird Discounts

Feb 27, 2025

If you order the package by March 31, 2025, you will get a 10% discount on:

  • one seasonal lockage and one seasonal mooring permit for the same vessel.
  • Provides unlimited access to seven national historic canals and two national parks.
  • Valid for the entire navigation season.

This can be a significant savings: fees are charged by the foot and while the sale is in place the price is reduced from $21 to 18.90/ft.  As an example, a 25-foot boat would pay 472.50 with the early discount.

Mooring is on a first-come, first-served basis and space cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. No reservations accepted. Maximum mooring times vary by location. Certain restrictions may apply at national parks.

Yet I couldn’t walk across a room without being hailed by a Canadian who was as excited to see my cap as they were to see the racing. I met many who were on their 3rd, 4th and 5th visit.
