Holiday Message from CanBoat / NautiSavoir Chief Lise Blais-Huot

Holiday Message

Dec 19, 2024

The organization’s public face changed during the year when it adopted a new brand name. CanBoat / NautiSavoir is now circulating in the boating community, and the Marketing Committee has implemented a communications plan to increase its visibility.

A new name and a good advertising plan are not enough to pursue our mission of promoting pleasure and safety on the water. Our means of action remain the same: example and training. What has changed is the way people look for information and training. The training department has embarked on a vast project to adapt our courses to boaters’ expectations.

As the year-end approaches, I would like to express a few wishes. The first is the most important:

May each and every one of you have a wonderful holiday season.

The other wishes support our efforts to survive and continue our mission:
May every member of the organization proudly display the new name and logo.
May instructors endorse the current reform.
May leaders at all levels accept and implement essential management changes.

Happy, healthy and prosperous 2025 to all!
