Boat Show at Mosquito Creek September 22-25

Mosquito Creek Marina’s 6th annual Boat Show at the Creek promises to bring at least 150 power and sailboats to the North Shore facility. Sponsored by the BC Yacht Brokers Association, this is the South Coast’s major fall floating boat show. Exhibits also include marine vendors and suppliers “on the water” in booths on a floating platform.

Show features this year include moorage for show-goers who arrive by boat ($25 per day plus special fuel dock rates), dedicated slips for sea-trial use and quiet rooms for broker-client meetings, daily educational seminars on site, children’s activities and canoe races. On Saturday, September 24, the marina also hosts a yard sale and swap meet adjacent to the show; your $2 swap meet ticket gets you a discounted $10 admission to the boat show.

Show hours are noon to 6 pm Thursday and Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm Sunday. Admission is $12 and free for children accompanied by an adult. For show info and a discount code, text ‘Boat Show’ to 57000. Mosquito Creek Marina is a 415 West Esplanade in North Vancouver.
