Updated “Boat Blue” guide from the Marine Education & Research Society

Sept 10, 2020

The Marine Education & Research Society has uploaded a new & improved version of the “Boat Blue” guide to Marine Mammal & Boater Safety. It now includes links to videos! This is a resource that has been developed specifically for the Canadian Power Squadron and contains valuable information on how to stay safe on the water. See mersociety.org/boatblue.

Soon there will also be a video available in which this resource is presented. This is all with the intent of enhancing boater education, respecting CPS-ECP members as important aquatic stewards, and reducing threats like entanglement and collision for the welfare of marine wildlife, and boaters.
