Canadian Yachting February 2019 – Boat Show Special Edition

February 2019 Cover

Dec 6, 2018

Here comes the February 2019 Canadian Yachting Magazine Boat Show Special edition; our biggest issue of the year!

In addition to all the great new boats you’re going to see at the boat shows across Canada this winter, we’ve assembled the Canadian Yachting 2019 Gear Guide, a preview of cool products and exciting accessories that you can look for at the shows.

Katherine Stone, of Canadian Yachting’s editorial team, took a trip to Annapolis this fall to see the latest in new sailboats of all kinds. Check out her “Sneak Peek from the 2018 United States Sailboat Show” story to see what’s in store at the boat shows this winter.

New boat reviews are always great reading and in this issue we have the fabulous new Cruisers Yachts Cantius 46, an elegant and fast new express cruiser as well as the innovative and very affordable NC 1095 from Jeanneau. For the sailing enthusiasts, we have a review on the Lagoon 46 Catamaran and a review on the exciting new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 410.

Of course we realize that not everyone can afford a new yacht like the Cantius 46 or the Sun Odyssey 410. So, we have a detailed report on the growing world of opportunity in boat rental and shared ownership. Check out our story on this to see if a shared or rental situation can give you the yacht you want at the price you want to pay!

For many people, a smaller boat is more practical and for big yacht owners, their dinghy is often the boat that is used the most.

As a special addition to the February 2019 Canadian Yachting, you will get our 16- page pullout insert on Dinghies & Davits. All this and more is coming your way!

Ron and Pat Reder started out in October 1984 across the road from where they are right now on the Bayfield River in Bayfield ON.
