C&C Yachts Unveils First Video of C&C 30 One Design

CC 30

…Allowing fans to experience this racing yacht for themselves

As C&C 30 One Designs are rolling off the production line, the builder, C&C Yachts, unveils two new videos to showcase the excitement of being onboard one of these high performance C&C 30 One Designs racing yachts. “There’s no mistaking the speed and fun of the C&C 30 One Design, and we wanted to give people the opportunity to experience that for themselves: video was the natural path.” says Sarah Fawle, C&C Yachts VP Marketing.

Two videos were released, one includes helicopter footage of the boat screaming downwind in Newport RI, and the other is a reality TV-style documentary that puts viewers onboard with the race crew for the first race. The latter can be accessed through the interactive end slide of the first video.

The C&C 30 One Design offers the thrill and technology of big-boat grand prix sailing in a size that’s fun, easy to sail and affordable. The yacht combines a stiff, slippery-fast hull, a powerful sail plan, and ultra-high-tech construction and materials, with an efficient deck layout inspired by the TP52 class.

Three industry leaders in performance – Musto, Harken, and New England Ropes – have joined forces with the C&C 30 to celebrate the pinnacle of performance and innovation.

The C&C 30 One Design can be viewed at The Newport International Boat Show (Sept. 11-14) and The Annapolis US Boat Show (Oct. 9-13).
