Cette formation pour femmes uniquement est conçue pour celles qui sont présentement officielle de course adjointe et qui veulent progresser et organiser des courses au niveau des clubs. Cet environnement d’apprentissage collaboratif vise à créer un espace où les femmes peuvent se réunir afin d’améliorer leurs habiletés de gestion de course. Les participantes auront l’opportunité d’apprendre et de travailler avec deux instructrices en gestion des courses de Voile Canada. Dans le partage des idées et des expériences, les participants n’obtiendront pas seulement le prérequis nécessaire afin d’appliquer pour la certification ODC (officielle de course); elles pourront établir des liens durables avec d’autres femmes en voile.

Dates (les participantes doivent assister à toutes les sessions des QUATRE COURS en ligne afin de compléter ce cours – 19 h à 22 h (HE)) – anglais seulement
