Lefroy Harbour Launches New Boat Dealership in Innisfil

May 30, 2024

Innisfil, ON – On May 25th, Lefroy Harbour celebrated the grand opening of its new Boat Dealership Showroom in Innisfil, a pivotal addition to the marina that introduces a much-needed collection of premium boat brands to the shores of Lake Simcoe.

Under the stewardship of parent company Maple Leaf Marinas (MLM), Lefroy Harbour has undergone a transformation, offering a comprehensive selection of services and products, including this latest venture into a full-service Boat Dealership.

“We have been listening to our customers who have been asking not only for the opportunity to shop for a boat in their backyard instead of travelling to Muskoka or other regions, but also for certain brands they want access to. We felt now was the time to make this important long-term investment in this market,” says Derek Lubert, Senior Vice President of MLM.

Responding directly to customer feedback, MLM has thoughtfully curated a lineup of premier boat brands for Lefroy Harbour, featuring Cobalt Boats, Rossiter Boats, MasterCraft, and Barletta Pontoons. This diverse selection caters to various boating preferences, encompassing surf boats, fishing vessels, cruisers, and pontoon boats. In addition to new boat sales, Lefroy Harbour offers used boat sales, brokerage/consignment services, and a fully equipped service and parts department staffed by certified marine technicians.

“MLM is proud to offer 27 boat brands across our marina dealerships, including Gordon Bay Marine, Walkers Point Marina and Port Sandfield Marine. For Lefroy Harbour, we carefully selected these four award-winning boat brands to provide a diverse product mix for this growing market,” said Steve Tait, Vice President of Sales for MLM.

For decades, Lefroy Harbour has been a premier destination for Lake Simcoe boaters, offering a comprehensive marine resort experience. Situated in the Town of Innisfil, the sprawling 80-acre waterfront property features 275 boat slips, boat service and repair facilities, a waterfront restaurant with a patio, a pool, playgrounds, sandy beaches, and more.

Lubert expresses pride in the evolution of Lefroy Harbour: “We’re realizing our vision for Lefroy Harbour as the ultimate one-stop destination for boating enthusiasts while delivering a truly distinctive experience for our marina patrons who relish the charm of our property and the beauty of Lake Simcoe.”

Paving the Way to Cleaner Boating – How a Commitment to Reducing our Environmental Impact is Inspiring Cleaner Boating in Ontario

By Dave Rozycki

Over the past seven decades, Ontario’s marina industry has developed alongside some of Canada’s largest freshwater lakes. Boaters have been able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and create lasting memories on the water, with certain marinas dating back to the 1960s.
