Leadership Awards 2024

Leadership Award

Dec 5, 2024

BRUCE KELLEY

Bruce Kelley, the Leadership 2024 Award is presented to you in recognition of the excellent work you have done for the organization in organizing and leading the search for a new brand name and coordinating the input of the French and English teams.

As a logical continuation in this complex dossier, you are now at the heart of coordinating the marketing plan, with the aim not only of making this new name shine in the boating community but also of promoting the pleasure of being on the water safely, through the excellent training we offer.

So, as it says on the trophy, you are the lighthouse that helps us find our way.

JANET FRASER

Janet Fraser, the Leadership 2024 Award is presented to you in recognition of the excellent work you’ve done for the organization in coordinating the work of IT infrastructure stakeholders.

This complex job involves juggling a service provider to whom you have to explain the organization’s needs, volunteers and members who have to be guided and supported in using the system, a public who, as in all fields, expects instant answers, and a budget that, as always, is never generous enough.

So, as it says on the trophy, you are the lighthouse that helps us find our way.
