New IT Support Analyst Joins the Team at the National Office

CPS-ECP is pleased to announce that Mark Youssef has joined their team at the CPS-ECP National Office in the position of IT Support Analyst. He will be responsible for all IT Support related functions, which includes the National Office, members and he will support all volunteers on their Web Based Administration System (WBAS).

Mark is fully bilingual and will provide service in both French and English. By telephone he is available at extension 0157 and he may be reached at ithelp@cps-ecp.ca by email. Mark has many years of experience in IT Support and IT Help Desk environments and is very knowledgeable in both hardware and software support.

CPS-ECP looks forward to having Markas a key part of their team to serve all members of CPS-ECP.
