SWS Ski Shows are a 50-year-old Muskoka summer tradition. Join in for family-friendly ski show, open to the public with free admission! Catch the action on land or by boat. Shows run all summer long, starting at 7:30 p.m., rain or shine thanks to the premier sponsor, Jack Links Canada.

The Bala shows run every Tuesday in the summer (all dates below) at Windsor Park.

Ladies Night

The Annual SWS Ladies night is back at our Lake Rosseau location at 3 Lock St. E., on Thursday, July 17 5-9pm. The seasonal Pop-ups will be open late (Roots, Northern Bronco and Greyson Clothiers), as well as additional vendors, food, beverages, live music, guest speaker – Holly Carrol (#1 Best-selling author) and an aerial performance by Ascension Aerials.

Tahiti—Updates from Paradise

I’ve been to Tahiti seven times—six on charter and once as crew for a couple of yachties. Over the 25 years that I’ve been visiting, it’s changed dramatically. Yet, inexplicably, it has also stayed the same.

Lounging on the flybridge of our Sunsail 454, I had time to think about this dichotomy as I toasted the nighttime skies of Bora Bora and specifically the Southern Cross, a constellation that never fails to hypnotize. As the Crosby, Stills & Nash (1982) tune reminds us:
