POTW: September 27, 2018 – Treasure discovered

POTW Monte

Sept 27, 2018

This issue’s Photo of the Week comes from Derek Noon somewhere in BC who writes:

Our little treasure: Montague (Monte) taken at Pirate’s Cove in the Gulf Islands. Monte is a four-month-old English Labrador and a very keen boater.

In fact, we have two Photos of the Week!

POTW StormAnibal Pinguelo, a prolific on-the-water photographer who shoots non-stop while aboard, even during races, took this shot. The weather in August was very dramatic, as you can see from the sky in this quick shot!

BTW, CYOB needs your photos for the off-season. So please shoot and send them in before the season ends. As you can see from the examples above, they take all shapes and subjects!

The Photo of the Week can be anything – pets (like Montague), lunch, costumes, racing, cruising, craziness, harbours, water skiing, fishing, signs – you chose from photographs on or near your boat.

Send your photos, with a brief back-story, to CYonboard@Kerrwil.com  and put POTW in the subject line.

And here as an extra bonus for your POTW pleasure – a sweet video from Canada’s National Sailing Team – https://videopress.com/v/HugYTplC

Expanding every few years for the store front, then moving over to this new building five years ago, this year with Adam, Shelley, and Holly are carrying on the business.
