Krzysztof Kierkowsk – Sail Canada Next Gen Double Handed Coach

Sail Canada in partnership with Sail Nova Scotia and the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic is excited to welcome Krzysztof Kierkowsk in the role of Sail Canada Next Gen Double Handed Coach.

Coach Krzysztof, from Poland, is a two-time Olympian and Polish National Sailing Team alumni. He has extensive experience in the sport and has coached many sailors, including Team Norway at the 2016 Rio Olympics in the FX class.

Kyzysztof will be based in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he will be working with a number of next gen athletes but he will also be travelling across Canada to work with double handed athletes and coaches across Canada.

“We are excited to be working with Krzysztof as he coaches Next Gen athletes in the 29er, 49er, FX and Nacra classes. He will be a great asset to Canadian sailors, helping them develop the necessary skills to progress to the next stage of their sailing careers” says Mike Milner, Sail Canada High Performance Director.
