Grilled Pepper Salmon with Pineapple Salsa

Grilled Salmon

You will need:

Salsa
Fresh pineapple
Red pepper
Cilantro
Red pepper flakes
Brown sugar
Chalets
Rice wine vinegar
Lime juice – 1 lime

Chop up fruit in small pieces and mix together.

Salmon Filet
Remove skin
Crushed black pepper
Red pepper
Salt

Put seasonings on salmon and then grill on medium heat. Serve right from grill with salsa placed over the top of salmon.
