Our Photo of the Week comes our way from crew member Brad Boston who lives and sails mostly in Sarnia, ON.

Etchells 22 sailing has long been a Canadian thing. Dirk Kneulman made a name for himself for many sailing achievements but is perhaps best known for winning the Etchells World Championship and for his development of his family-built shop, Ontario Yachts, to be a world renowned Etchells builder.

Andrew Macrae sailed and built boats with Kneulman participating in many successes and is now continuing that winning heritage. Aboard Cruel Jane 2.0, a new boat Macrae built (a tip of the racing hat to the original Cruel Jane, a not long ago Kneulman-built hot Etchells )  Macrae and his crew showed their stuff leading the 2023 Etchells Worlds in Miami last month for the early races and ultimately finishing fourth.
