For cruising boats venturing north along the New Brunswick coast past Shediac, the Sawmill Point Boat Basin provides a safe and convenient stop. Located in Bouctoucheharbour, the Sawmill Point Boat Basin is reached by a well marked channel with at least 5 feet at low water. Alongside the depths are 9 feet and boats up to 60ft overall can be accommodated. Tides in the area are about 3 feet. There is gas available but no diesel. Other services include washrooms, washer/dryer, water, electricity and pump-out.

The clubhouse, which was opened in 2000, is an impressive 5,800 square foot wooden building with a maritime decor and offers the opportunity to learn more on the regions history and boating activities. Its proximity to downtown and the “Pays de la Sagouine” is greatly appreciated by all users.
