Flush mounted with a flat bottom plate, this compass maintains a small footprint and eliminates the needs for large cutout holes when mounting.

While typically mounted in a powerboat on top of an instrument panel, a common sailing installation is to have two Model 85 Regatta compasses, one mounted at each rail. 3-1/3” Transparent card. Highly-magnified scales. Two orange 45º lubber lines. External, graduated memory ring; no night lighting.
