Sail Ontario 2019 Awards Luncheon, AGM, and Workshops

For our annual celebration of achievements in sailing, updates on what’s happening with Ontario Sailing and a chance for learning and development for Board Members of clubs from across the province in 2019, Ontario Sailing is hosting a one-day event.

Saturday November 9, 2019

9:00am – 2:30pm

Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club … 30 Ashbridges Bay Park Rd, Toronto, ON

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

8:45-9:00am – Arrival

9:00am – Workshops Offered – Topics through the morning aimed at Club Board Members. Will include hot topics with updates in legislation and an overview of the responsibilities of a Board Member with some information on strategic planning.

As well, we will be kicking of the morning with a presentation from Rick Layzell of Boating Ontario on High Water Levels.

12:00 pm – Awards Luncheon – a buffet lunch will be provided followed by the presentation of the Ontario Sailing Annual Awards.

REGISTRATION:

$25.00 (+ HST) per person for the day.  Deadline for registrations is Sunday November 3, 2019.

Since then we’ve repowered, installed Starlink, and retired from work. Now, with confidence in our engine and our connectivity and more time to sail, we were Superior-ready.
