Heritage Awards

Apr 11, 2017

We had a brief history of the schooner Atlantica in the last issue of ONBOARD. If you’d like to know more about the boat, her origins and owners, and you live near Mahone Bay, you’re in luck. The Mahone Bay Founders Society are having their annual dinner and awards presentation on April 22nd at the Mahone Bay Legion.

The guest speaker will be Tye Burt owner of the schooner Atlantica. Sounds like an interesting evening. Tickets are $25, for more information check out www.mahonebaymuseum.com or call 902-624-9293.
