Sur l’eau même en hiver!

C’est Nautisme Québec qui fait cette excellente suggestion pour se tenir en forme et sur l’eau pendant les mois d’hiver.

« Les sports nautiques impliquant une planche à pagaie, ou de surf (ou SUP ou Paddle board) gagnent en popularité depuis quelques années. Plusieurs écoles vous permettent par le fait même de découvrir ce sport en le combinant au yoga!  Des écoles offrent même des sessions à l’intérieur cet hiver ! Une petite recherche sur le net et vous trouverez certainement une école près de chez vous!  En voici cependant quelques-unes :
