AVIS DE CONVOCATION À UNE ASSEMBLÉE EXTRAORDINAIRE DES MEMBRES

Avis est donné par la présente qu’une assemblée extraordinaire des membres des Escadrilles Canadiennes de Plaisance (ci-après dénommée « la Société ») se tiendra virtuellement le samedi 11 avril 2026, à 13 h 00, heure avancée de l’Est, LIEN VERS LA RÉUNION dans le but de:

  1. Élection d’administrateurs supplémentaires de la société. Une copie du rapport du comité de nomination est jointe à la présente convocation à titre d’annexe « A » et en fait partie intégrante.
  2. Modification des statuts de continuation. Une copie de la motion est jointe à la présente convocation à titre d’annexe « B ».
  3. Modification des conditions d’adhésion. Une copie de la motion est jointe à la présente convocation à titre d’annexe « C ».
