Email Power Outage Alerts Available for Hydro One Customers

Hydro One Outage Alert

December 9, 2015

Following a pilot project launched a year ago, Hydro One is now offering residential customers across the province the chance to register to receive text or email alerts about outages that may be affecting their homes, cottages or business.

Customers can register for outage alerts at HydroOne.com/MyAccount and they will then receive alerts when an outage has been reported near their residence, along with updates on estimated times of restoration.
