All Members Meeting Happening April 11th

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the members of Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (herein called the “Corporation”) will be held virtually on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, at 13h00 Eastern Daylight Time MEETING LINK, for the purpose of:

  1. Electing additional Directors of the Corporation. A copy of the report of the Nominating Committee is attached to this Notice as Schedule “A” and forms part of it.
  2. Changing the Articles of Continuance. A copy of the motion is attached to this notice as schedule “B”.
  3. Changing the requirements for membership. A copy of the motion is attached to this notice as schedule “C”.

Early voting will begin on from Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at  11 am Eastern time. Voting will take place until 12 noon on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Every member of CanBoat, CPS-ECP has the right to vote, so please take advantage of this right, and cast your vote.
