Once the fun and excitement of the holiday season has passed, there tends to be a bit of a letdown. It’s now months until the next big event—spring launch! Luckily, for those of us who love the summer, boats and boating, the winter boat shows deliver a much-needed dose of summer fun to carry you through those bleak colder months. Boat shows are just the thing to get you in the mood for your upcoming summer adventures and wonderful days on the water.
We’ve put together some Tips & Tricks to help you make the most of boat show season. And if you’re not shopping this year, having fun doesn’t require you to buy a new boat! Whether you’re in the market for a new boat, or just looking for a fun time, there’s a lot to see and enjoy at the boat shows.
TIP—Consider who do you want to go with
For many people, visiting the boat show is a cherished family event. Bring your significant other, sons and daughters of all ages, and grandkids too! It’s a great reason to get everybody together. Reminisce about past summers and talk about what you want to do this year. Planning ahead is always a pleasure. And kids under 16 get in free!
