Sweet Love
Sept 8, 2022
Back in 2019 (I believe) your magazine used a pic of Sweet Love, a Ranger Tug 31, in a photo promotion.
Chrome Island, Canada Pacific NW
I started this May in Green Bay, WI and entered Canada at Sault Ste Marie. Since then, I have cruised the North Channel, Georgian Bay, Trent Severn waterway, Rideau Canal, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Saguenay Fjord, Rimouski, Gaspe, PEI, Bras D’Or, Halifax, Yarmouth, St John and the reversing falls north to Oromocto then back down and today after 3 1/2 months and 3,000 + miles will depart Canada for the USA at Eastport.
Anchored off Bonadventure Island to see the Gannet colony with Perce Rock in the background.
Tied up at Roger Crook’s wharf in Peggy’s Cove NS
Roger is a 6 th generation fisherman whose ancestors came to Peggy’s Cove in 1811.
I have some great photos of special places along the way if you might be interested.
