Charles D Waterman is worth celebrating as one of Canada’s biggest boating promoters, President of the Board of Broad Reach Canada (helping underrepresented youth through onboard experience), hot crew on Spitfire and all round enthusiastic boat guy. He recently had a birthday but remains younger than ever!
