Our Photo of the Week comes to us from Halifax e-sailor, organizer, volunteer, and all-purpose cheerleader, Daisy Cobden who sent along this photo of the group at the first Wind, Women, and Water event that took place on Feb 12.

 The purpose of the initiative is to empower women in sailing by offering workshops and on-water clinics. This program creates more opportunities for women to connect, develop their skills, and gain confidence on the water. The entire effort is collaborative among Halifax yacht clubs, RNSYS, DYC, BBYC, and AYC.
