Joseph Gatfield Leadership Award 2019

Joseph Gatfield Leadership Award

Dec 5, 2019

At the 2015 National Conference in Niagara Falls, the Executive Committee presented a new award for Leadership to Joe Gatfield. This Award was named “The Joseph Gatfield Leadership Award” and is to be presented annually by the Executive Committee “Honouring an individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership and continues to make long-lasting contributions to CPS-ECP.”

There is no doubt that this year’s recipient has done just that and all throughout his CPS-ECP volunteer career. This person, to say the least, has been in the forefront of CPS-ECP with leadership roles at the Squadron, District and National levels. A key contribution that our recipient has given freely to CPS-ECP for years is his skillful editorial and translation expertise. That has, for many years, achieved the success of CPS-ECP as a truly bilingual National Organization. The Executive Committee presents this award to P/C/C Serge St- Martin, JN a member for the past 43 years and who also has earned 43 Merit Marks, was a Past Chief Commander and current Commander of Escadrille nautique Beloeil.

Congratulations!
