Four Winns Horizon 203

I am selling my 2007 Four Winns Horizon 203, powered by a Volvo Penta 4.3 GX 225 HP engine with approximately 605 hours. This is a 20-foot bowrider with an 8.5-foot beam. Top speed is approximately 44 mph with two people on board and trim up.

I have owned this boat for about 7 years. It had roughly 320 hours when I purchased it in mint condition, so it has been lightly used over that time. I am selling it because I purchased a larger sailboat and do not use it very often anymore, aside from taking my grandkids skiing, tubing, and wakeboarding a few times each year on Okanagan Lake. The boat has been in fresh water its entire life.

For about 4 months each year, the boat has been kept in the water at the Kelowna Yacht Club, and for the remaining 8 months it has been stored indoors in the garage.

The boat, engine, and trailer are all in great condition. I have owned many boats from 16 to 20 feet, and in my view a 20-foot boat is a major advantage on Okanagan Lake, where rough water from wind and boat traffic is common. Compared with 16–18 foot boats, this boat offers noticeably better ride quality, comfort, and safety. As a certified skipper, I can say the extra length makes a real difference. At family gatherings, I have comfortably carried 5–7 adults plus 5 kids, and it handles very well.

This boat is well set up for family fun and watersports. It includes an extended rear swim platform with retractable ladder, and two  built ice box’s , lots of under-seat storage, and a large in-floor storage compartment that easily fits water skis, ropes, wakeboard and a towing tube. It also has a ski/wakeboard pylon, though I have personally never used it.

Included with the boat:

• Convertible Bimini top

• Bow cover

• Cockpit/mooring cover

• All covers are red and in good condition made of durable Sunbrella canvas.

• towing Tube

• Life jackets

• Ropes

• Tandem axle trailer with brakes

• Mounted spare tire

-portable Vacum

The covers have been well cared for. The Bimini had a small rip after one outing and has since been professionally repaired. After each use, the boat was covered to protect it from the sun and rain. The boat has been professionally serviced and winterized every year at Dockside Marine. Because of the low hours, it has required only minor repairs and has provided lots of trouble-free boating. The engine oil and leg service have been done regularly.

The tandem axle trailer is in excellent condition and includes a mounted spare and surge brakes on one axle but being trailer is seldom used I cannot verify the brakes condition but assume still good). The tires have lots of tread, though I would suggest replacing them if you plan on doing long-distance towing.

After researching the market, based on my competitive analysis boats with typical features and low hrs sell for  $19500-$23,000, but we need the garage space and want a quick sale at $16,500 firm.

Serious buyers only. I am willing to take genuinely interested buyers for a test drive.
